SPERM DONATION PROGRAMS

The first step to becoming a sperm donor is filling out our pre-screening application. The pre-screening application will prompt potential donors to answer a series of questions. If our system accepts their application, they are invited to our laboratory for their initial analysis.

The initial analysis consists of a complete semen analysis and pre-screening to help determine if the donor is a good fit for our Sperm Donor Program. Our semen analysis includes raw counts, volume, pH, viscosity, sperm concentration, motility, vitality, morphology, and more.

Once eligibility is determined, they will return for a second visit for additional screenings, interviews, and a medical history review. At this stage, contract agreements are delivered and signed. This step also assists our management team in getting to know the donor on a personal level. They are invited back for a final screening with our Medical Director if everything goes smoothly.

Our Medical expert screening begins with a complete physical examination. Once the donor is determined to be physically eligible, our experts administer a full blood workup, including infectious and non-infectious disease testing and genetic testing
